The annual audit reports and capital verification reports of foreign invested enterprises are issued by accounting firms or auditing firms in China.

The audit report shall be accompanied by a copy of the business license of an accounting firm and an audit firm.

During the period of examination, the registration authority of the registration office may request the enterprises to submit supplementary materials and relevant documents, and may also require the legal representatives of the enterprises and the relevant personnel to explain the situation.
