Completion of the acquisition of Kidiliz group, a high-end children's clothing company in France.
However, the two sides did not disclose details of the specific paction.
Through this acquisition and merger, Kidiliz group can speed up China's market expansion with the support of its new professional knowledge, sales channels and management team.

In 1962, Josette Zannier and Roger Zannier founded Kidiliz group in Saint-Chamond, southern city of France.
In 2016, Zannier Group officially changed its name to Kidiliz group.

According to previous news, Semir International Group (Hongkong) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Semir apparel, has acquired all equity and creditor's rights of parent company SofizaSAS of Kidiliz group with its own capital of about 110 million euros (840 million yuan).
