SECCO Logistics Purchase Freight Company Goodship International

A few days ago, e-commerce and freight logistics company SECCO logistics acquired an independent freight company GoodShip international.

It is understood that GoodShip international is headquartered in Chicago, and is a customs broker and compliance consulting company.

It mainly provides air and sea solutions, focusing on freight services across the Pacific to the East (from Asia to the United States). Customers are involved in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, electronics, consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceutical and retail industries.

SECCO logistics said that the acquisition of GoodShip international company aims to accelerate the globalization strategy of the company by expanding global footprint, establishing strategic cooperative relations, and acquiring freight and technology enterprises.

In 2018, the company entered into strategic cooperation with Hermes German company, acquired long term partners all channel logistics companies, enhanced e-commerce logistics service capabilities, and opened up new data sites.
