In the 1 quarter of 2019, the Jiangsu provincial Market Supervision Bureau commissioned the Changzhou Textile Inspection Institute, Suzhou Textile Inspection Institute, Jiangsu Textile Inspection Institute and Nanjing quality inspection institute to conduct spot checks on the quality of spring leisure wear products.

A total of 200 batches of casual garments were selected and 182 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 91%.

Casual clothes are clothes that people wear when they are home, fitness, entertainment, shopping, and tourism.

Our country has a large scale of more than 11 leisure clothing manufacturers, mainly in Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Shanghai, Henan and other provinces.

There are nearly 4000 production enterprises in Jiangsu leisure clothing enterprises, mainly in Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Nanjing and other places.

A total of 200 batches of casual clothing products were investigated, including 100 batches of samples purchased at the physical store, with a pass rate of 87%. 100 samples were purchased from the electronic business platform, with a pass rate of 95%. The Jingdong mall detected 3 batches of substandard samples, and 1 stores detected 2 batches of substandard samples.

The sampling results showed that 3 items of unqualified items of leisure clothing products were fiber content, pH value and dry friction color fastness.

Fiber content reflects the true properties of fabric, is one of the main quality indicators, and is also the main reference index when consumers purchase.

The spot checks found that 15 batches of casual clothing products fiber content is not qualified, label fiber name and content does not match the actual.

The pH value is an indicator of the acid and alkali content of the fabric.
