2019 China (Xiqiao) Textile Science And Technology Achievements Exhibition Docking Conference Held

In June 19th, the China Textile Engineering Society and the Xiqiao people's Government hosted the "2019 China (Xiqiao) Textile Science and technology achievements exhibition and docking conference" held in Xiqiao, Foshan. More than 300 representatives of leaders, experts and entrepreneurs from Li Lingshen, vice chairman of China Federation of textile industry and chairman of China Industrial Textiles Association, attended the meeting.

Yang Ming, mayor of Xiqiao Town, said that the textile industry in Xiqiao will be driven by technological innovation, improve the industry service system, improve product R & D capabilities, and actively promote the development of the textile industry towards intellectualization and high-end. In his speech, President Li pointed out that in the 40 years of reform and opening up, China's textile industry, as a microcosm of the industrial development of the Republic, has realized the rise of an industry from a big country to a powerful country. The technological innovation system has been continuously improved, technological innovation capability has been steadily enhanced, and high level technological achievements are constantly emerging. The new era of China's textile industry has also opened up a new situation full of new changes. The new label of "technology, fashion and green" will continue to guide the high quality development of the industry. But we also realize that there is still a certain gap between the industry and the world's advanced level in the fields of cutting-edge basic research, key core technology, high-end equipment and so on. The gap also includes the innovation system, the spirit of paying attention to details and the better user experience. The world economic structure is undergoing profound adjustment. The industry must create new advantages in the global industrial structure by enhancing the innovation capability of the whole industry chain and the global capacity of the international production. It will empower the technology, brand, social responsibility and capital to create a new industry and promote the healthy development of the industry.

The docking conference was also conducted from health protection textiles, home textiles, denim fabrics and other scientific and technological achievements. During his stay in Foshan, Mr. Li and his colleagues also visited factories in Foshan, Jiujiang, including Berri, Dongli, BD and other companies to learn about the operation of the new 3S, single component 4S and the German spunbond production line.

The new double component high quality SXMS nonwovens production line is based on the leather core dual component spunbond process and superfine melt blown technology of Germany's new maggot company, which is equipped with the most advanced three roll hot rolling mill, automatic winding machine, slitting machine and automatic packaging system in Europe. The design and operation speed of the production line is 600m/min, and it can produce 8~100 GSM, 7000mm wide, leather core dual component SS and SMS nonwovens with fineness of 1D. The products are especially soft in hand, especially suitable for high-end sanitary products, such as baby diapers, sanitary napkins and adult incontinence pants.
