Double Hutchison: Facing The Market's "Hard" Commitment
The syringe is one of the most important accessories on the circular knitting machine. Its technology is cumbersome. One of the thousands of pins is defective, so the whole syringe will be destroyed. Starting in 2016, the demand for high needle speed circular weft knitting machines remained high because of the fine gauge distance and higher standards for the accuracy and durability of the syringe. The quality of some needle factories failed to meet the requirements and had to give up this part of the market.
As a matter of fact, since 2005, double Hutchison has seen that circular knitting machines are developing high pin speed equipment, and foresee that the fine needle cylinder must be the direction of demand.
Zhuang Zongxun said, "in 2015, we finally launched our own fine needle cartridge to replace imports.
In the past ten years, the two notes have been through countless times in communication with host factories, in running with each other, in finding problems and in achieving perfect cooperation. It can be said that in the past ten years, we have been concentrating on the pursuit of high quality.
The needle is also a handicraft.
Double Hutchison has always been anxious about orders and not worried about delivery. The role of real worry has become a mainframe factory. Many manufacturers of high-end circular knitting machines often come to the double hutchshop to expedite delivery.
And Zhuang Zongxun was not in a hurry. He said, "in my view, the production of syringes in a year will be maintained at around 7000 units. This is not a hunger marketing, but rather how many orders can be made. Without the increase of processing equipment, the excess orders and production capacity will go up, which will certainly reduce the quality of products. The loss of customers seems to me to be even more unprofitable. A syringe has 3000~4000 pin grooves and up to 60 pin grooves in one inch, which is very demanding for the accuracy of the product. Each enterprise's product needs are different specifications, which requires customized production. Each syringe is like a handicraft. It must be treated with high quality and quantity.
Zhuang Zongxun is not eager to earn fast money. He spent ten years researching and developing fine needle spacing. He did not provide technical personnel and processing equipment for orders and production capacity. This force is worth learning in the industry.
