Three times and four times, enter the textile industry.

I worked in the textile industry for 49 years from 1965 to 2014. Entering the industry is dramatic, and it is fate. When I was graduating from junior high school (1965), I was intent on going to high school, and I did well in the entrance examination. I still got full marks in mathematics, but for special reasons, I failed. At that time, the nation called on the graduating students to have a red heart and two preparations to encourage the graduating students to go to the frontier and to go to the countryside. However, due to some reasons, the District Education Bureau has coordinated and arranged for me to become a "central Dai Pei apprentice" and entered the "Tianjin textile machinery second fittings factory" which was trained for the purpose of learning milling technology. Three years apprenticeship, I will be transferred to the defense industry three line military enterprises. Later, the situation changed again. In 1966, due to historical reasons, the factory announced that the central "Dai Pei apprenticeship" was transferred to "local apprenticeship" after instructions from the higher authorities. After the completion of the training, the official workers who commissioned the training plant were no longer transferred to the three line military enterprises. It can be said that from the beginning of the 1965 apprenticeship, I entered the textile industry.

Before entering the bank, though I am not very old, I feel that the textile industry is a dynamic industry. Because I grew up in Tianjin, through all kinds of news, including sports and sports reports, National Day parade reports and so on, I have long known that Tianjin has a national cotton factory and cotton two, cotton three, cotton four, cotton five, cotton six (Bei Yang), 10 Fen, 20 Fen, Sanmao, Tianzhi, Tianma, Tianying, Tianjin Textile Machinery Factory...... It has been 54 years since I entered the industry, and I have witnessed the struggle of China's textile industry to the top of the world.

For example, textile machinery, this is my entrance door. When I entered the factory apprenticeship, the textile machinery industry has made rapid progress in a short span of over ten years, and has produced a lot of equipment to equip textile enterprises. At that time, our milling group had home-made plane milling, Chongqing hobbing machine, etc., and also imported universal milling machines in Poland and Germany (I opened the latter). We are small factories, such as Shanxi Jingwei Textile Machinery Factory, Shanghai China Textile Machinery Factory, Tianjin textile machinery factory and so on, and our equipment is much better than ours. In recent years, I have been to some textile machinery factories, and I see that advanced CNC machines are commonly used in many enterprises, and there are many flexible production lines. In 1978, the export of China's textile machinery was only about 20000000 US dollars, and the export volume reached 3 billion 666 million US dollars in 2018. At present, China's fiber processing accounts for more than half of the world's total. How many devices do we need to produce it? Although China imports a lot of equipment every year, most of them rely on their own processing equipment, which is not only expressed in quantity but also in level.

For example, chemical fiber. In early 1974, I was transferred to the Tianjin textile machinery and equipment industry company. I remember that around 1976, a technician from the three parts factory of the company came to the company. He was wearing a pair of Dacron trousers, straight cloth and straight trousers, and he was very envious, because most people did not. In 1978, I went to the Policy Research Office of the Ministry of textile industry. I was appointed deputy director and worked in conjunction with Wang Tiankai, deputy director general office, and 1/3 was directly involved in the battle.
