Textile High Training Class Enters Wuxi And Suzhou
On the 28-29 th of September, the 2019 senior training courses of the national textile complex personnel training project (short for textile high training class) gathered in Jiangsu, and conducted two days of study and communication in Wuxi and Suzhou respectively. At the Jiangnan University and Soochow University, we studied and exchanged knitting technology, dyeing and finishing technology and its characteristics, and visited the Jiangnan University knitting and inkjet printing laboratory, Wuxi red bean Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Sheng Hong Technology Co., Ltd. and the Key Laboratory of Soochow University. Combining theory with practice, we set up a good platform for combing industrial chain knowledge, enriching theoretical knowledge, improving knowledge structure, and strengthening cooperation and communication between schools and enterprises.
Zhang Jing, Secretary of the party and Garment College of Jiangnan University, said in his speech that the Institute of textile and clothing was founded in 1952. It is one of the most important bases for training high-level personnel and scientific and technological innovation of textile and clothing, which is early, strong in teachers and high academic level. Textile engineering is currently a key discipline of the national "211 Project", a key discipline in Jiangsu province. In 2009 and 2012, the discipline of the Ministry of education was ranked second in the whole country and fifth in the whole country.

With the change of global economy, the continuous rise of cost, the grim situation of environmental protection, the homogenization of products and the trade war between China and the United States, the comparative advantage of China's knitting industry has declined, the outward transfer of production has accelerated, and the downward pressure has increased. It is an important issue to realize the high quality development and sustainable development of the knitting industry.
He made a detailed introduction to the seven aspects of knitting equipment high precision technology, knitting digital jacquard technology, knitting 3D forming technology, knitting structure enhancement technology, knitted intelligent manufacturing technology, knitted smart wearable technology and knitted garment customization technology. Finally, he said that facing the future, the industry should seize the opportunity of the new round of industrial revolution, quickly integrate into the action plan of "intelligent manufacturing" and "green manufacturing", implement the industrial orientation of "science, technology, fashion and green", accelerate the upgrading of the capability of independent innovation, and tackle the core technologies in the fields of technology, installation and materials, so as to enhance the international competitiveness of the knitting industry.
Dyeing and finishing plays an important role in textile raw materials and textiles. It is the key to deep processing, finishing and improving the added value of textiles. Professor Wang Xiangrong, Vice Dean of the school of textiles and clothing engineering, Soochow University, introduced the introduction and pretreatment of textile dyeing and finishing. He outlined the textile dyeing and finishing process, the pretreatment and processing of textiles, and explained the progress of pretreatment of dyeing and finishing water and pretreatment auxiliaries, cotton and cotton fabric pretreatment, synthetic fiber pre-treatment, pretreatment and pretreatment technology of silk fabrics.
He carried out detailed analysis of all aspects of pretreatment (singeing, heat setting, desizing, refining, bleaching, mercerizing): including the principles, operation objectives, process conditions, influencing factors, main equipment and so on. In the process of dyeing and finishing, the effect of auxiliaries or dyes on textile fibers is water medium, so dyeing and finishing water is inevitable.
