    The proposal to build the "one belt and one way" initiative not only opened up new space for world economic growth, but also set up a new platform for international trade and investment, and provided the best opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of traditional textile and garment industry to internationalization and the integration of international resources. Tong Jisheng said that 40 years of reform and opening up have made unprecedented progress in China's textile and garment industry. A group of high-quality textile and garment enterprises have entered the public view. Many Chinese textile technology and supporting services have also provided support for the development of the global textile and garment industry. Now, the next round of industrial reform with "one belt and one road" as the fulcrum will surely enable a group of Chinese textile and garment enterprises to take a higher stance and contribute to the world stage with the new positioning of multinational enterprises.

    In Tong Jisheng's view, the melting chain of the theme of this conference is to rearrange and combine the new factor endowments, time and space and the existing foundation so as to realize the leap of the core competence of enterprises. He pointed out that although China has become a well deserved textile giant in the world, we must also soberly realize that there are still a great gap between the high-end links of the global textile and apparel value chain, such as raw materials, design, high-end fabric research and development, brand building and marketing, and so on. The world is facing an important strategic opportunity for reform, transformation, development and upgrading of China's textile enterprises. The "belt and road" countries and regions are rich in textile and clothing raw material resources, low labor costs and large market demand. Bilateral and multilateral productivity cooperation will help Chinese textile and garment enterprises to effectively cope with international trade friction, extend the industrial chain, enhance the value chain, and accumulate more capacity to achieve higher quality development.

    At present, the global textile industry chain, supply chain and value chain are deeply intertwined, and the industrial layout and division of labor are reshaping. Tong Jisheng suggested that for Chinese enterprises, it is necessary to identify their strategic positioning in the global textile industry chain, supply chain and value chain, think about the upgrading mode, and optimize the layout of industrial chain, supply chain and value chain through the "one belt and one way" international cooperation. Southeast Asian countries have great cooperation and competitive opportunities with China's textile and garment industry because of their close geographical proximity, cultural intercourse and industrial complementarity. Therefore, China's textile and garment industry can transfer some high-tech and basic labor links to Southeast Asia, and integrate Southeast Asia's industries, capacity advantages and capabilities to develop global import and re export offshore trade. The African textile and apparel industry is at the initial stage, with low labor force and favorable foreign trade environment. The international layout is conducive to the common development of both industries and win-win results.

    Since its reorganization, Orient International Group has initially formed an international division system of "African resources, European and American intelligence, Asian manufacturing, China integration and global sales" through the integration of full value chain, total factor and full advantage of the textile industry.

    Turning to the main initiatives of the Orient International Group in recent years, Tong Jisheng talked about three points.

    First, efforts should be made to promote the transformation of the traditional labor intensive textile industry to the fashion textile industry. Orient International Group has 82 years of history of China's clothing brand leader, "three guns", has 3000 brands in the domestic retail terminal, products are exported to 65 countries worldwide. In September this year, the "three gun" brand went out of the country for the first time and made a brilliant appearance at the fashion week in New York, making the traditional lingerie brand fashionable and new in the new century.

    The two is to increase acquisitions through the core competencies and high-end technologies of Orient Group, forming Asia's first and second of the world's automotive interior accessories, second of the world's fashion bags, and fourth of the world's sweater manufacturing capacity. As the world's second automotive interior manufacturer, the group has 56 automotive underwear manufacturing plants and 4 R & D centers. In the field of fashion bag manufacturing, the group has been providing production services for world-famous brands such as Gucci and Adidas for a long time. In the field of sweater manufacture, the group has set up design and research centers in Hongkong and Shanghai respectively, transferring production to Southeast Asia and Africa, forming an industrial trend in China, Southeast Asia and Africa.

    Three, we should focus on cotton, open up the 123 industry, and build the industrial chain of cotton, ginning, spinning, fabrics and clothing sales, and move out of the development path of transformation and upgrading of the fashion textile industry from "field head to Wardrobe". At the end of raw materials, Xinjiang is the bridgehead, deep ploughing East Asian cotton and yarn import business supply chain, and establishing Shanghai international cotton trading center. At the end of the production, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast and other African countries as the focus, actively layout from the cotton, knitted to jeans garment industry chain. Strategic planning for the fashion industry "from field to Wardrobe" is becoming a reality. In addition, through actively participating in and serving the China International Import fair, we will vigorously promote "exhibition" and "sales", vigorously expand import business, promote import and export linkage and internal and external trade linkage, and "B2B+B2C" linkage. The group initially formed an integrated capability from overseas procurement and warehousing to China's full supply channels and full value chain.
