It signed 21 procurement contracts with 20 foreign suppliers, including Kazakhstan gas transportation, Saudi Amy, Kuwait petroleum, ABB, Schlumberger, Caterpillar, Honeywell and Dow Chemical.

On the morning of 7, China's offshore oil industry signed a framework agreement and an import procurement contract with 12 world-renowned suppliers such as Beck, Hughes, and the company, focusing on purchasing high-end equipment, technical services and bulk materials of offshore oil.

"CNOOC has already studied and formulated the" seven year action plan "for increasing domestic oil and gas reserves. On the 6 day, the national energy group and the 30 suppliers from 12 countries, including Germany, Switzerland and Mongolia, signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement and procurement contracts for imported equipment and materials, raw materials and bulk materials, and concentrated on purchasing advanced technology and reliable products and services.

On the same day, under the testimony of Chinese President Xi Jinping and French President Ma long, the chairman of Sinopec and Dai Houliang, chairman and chief executive officer of French Air Liquide Group, signed a memorandum of understanding in Beijing to explore cooperation in the field of hydrogen energy.

It is reported that Sinopec will set up a hydrogen energy company dedicated to hydrogen technology research and development and infrastructure network construction, the introduction of the world's leading hydrogen energy enterprises as strategic investors, and jointly build hydrogen energy industry chain and hydrogen energy economic ecosystem. According to the memorandum of cooperation, the company will become one of the participating parties of Sinopec hydrogen energy company, and jointly promote the promotion and application of hydrogen and fuel cell vehicle's overall solution in China.

It is reported that Sinopec produces more than 3 million tons of hydrogen annually and has more than 30 thousand gas stations, which has the natural advantages of hydrogen energy distribution industry. In July 2019, Foshan built the first oil and hydrogen station in China.
