Yibin Tian Zhi Hua Textile Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is the first textile enterprise in Zhejiang Province Textile demonstration garden of Pingshan County Wang Chang Industrial Park. The first batch of 56 eddy spinning machines in the first phase of the project were put into operation in July 2019, and second sets of 56 eddy spinning machines have been installed at 16 stations. She has been working at home for 26 years old. Yibin Tian Zhi Hua Textile Technology Co., Ltd. recruitment, Tang Kai, after a simple skill training, entered the factory and became an operator. "Not only can solve room and board, but also earn 4000 yuan a month." Tang Kai said she used to do housework only at home, and now she was earning money to take care of her family. "Although I have already lifted out of poverty, I will work hard to earn money and make life better and better."

With the matching automatic baler, the yarn produced is directly and automatically packaged into the transportation link through the production line. The whole process requires little skill for workers, and poor households and ordinary workers can be trained through simple training. Han Mingxing, director of Tian Zhi Hua Textile Co., Ltd. said that the vortex spinning machine is the world's leading advanced spinning equipment, spinning speed is 20 times of that of ordinary spinning machine, and one device is spinning 450 tons a year.

In recent years, the two sides have actively built a demonstration garden for the textile industry in Zhejiang Province. Haiyan County instruct Ping Shan to improve investment policy and issue "implementation suggestions on further strengthening investment promotion" and other documents. Two cities in Jiaxing and Yibin have issued some policy opinions on accelerating the development of textile industrial parks, collusion industrial policies, and sharing investment channels, and have built up entry threshold and excellent projects.

According to Luo Gang, director of the office of the economic zone of Pingshan County, Zhejiang Zhuan textile industry poverty alleviation and cooperation demonstration garden is based on one park and two districts, with a total planning area of 7 square kilometers. According to the whole industrial chain planning, 300 thousand tons of large fiber, 5 million spindles, 1 billion meter weaving and 100 thousand ton knitted fabric, clothing home textiles and industrial textiles are planned. "By 2025, we will build a textile industrial cluster with a total output value exceeding 30 billion yuan, a tax revenue of 1 billion 200 million yuan, and 30 thousand jobs, and build the largest modern textile city in Southwest China." Luo Gang said.

At present, Zhejiang Zhuan textile industry poverty alleviation and cooperation demonstration garden has signed 24 textile enterprises, signing spinning production capacity of 3 million 770 thousand spindles, spinning 90 thousand tons, weaving 100 million meters, 30 million sets of garments and 40 thousand tons of industrial textiles. The total investment is 14 billion 130 million yuan, and the expected output value is 21 billion 120 million yuan. 16 enterprises have been built, and 8 are under construction. The production capacity of spinning is 1 million 140 thousand spindles, 20 thousand tons of spinning and 20 million meters of weaving, and 3200 people are employed, of whom 800 are poor. It has been awarded the "Sichuan characteristic industrial base" and "the national textile industry transfer demonstration park". In 2019 1, the provincial government approved it as the provincial economic development zone.
