Biyinlefen'S Performance In The Second Quarter Recovered And Acquired Shanghai Weixiang To Enter Into New Retail E-Commerce
Recently, biyinlefen brand disclosed the half year performance express of 2020. The data showed that the company's second quarter performance exceeded that of the same period of last year, and its operating revenue increased by 7.03% year-on-year, and the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies increased by 45.92%. It is estimated that in the first half of the year, revenue will reach 766 million yuan and net profit will be 161 million yuan.
Compared with the performance in the first quarter, biyinlefen's performance in the second quarter was significantly warmer. In this regard, the brand said that the main reason was that the company attached great importance to private traffic operation, accelerated the layout of digital new retail through information transformation and upgrading, strategic cooperation with Tencent smart retail, combined the advantages of online and offline, and realized the substantial growth of new retail and e-commerce sales.
During the reporting period, biyinlefen also optimized its operation management and sales channels, strictly controlled sales discounts and expenses, and made the company's operating profit increase greatly.
As the domestic epidemic situation tends to be stable, and the local government has launched a number of targeted measures to stimulate consumption vitality, at present, the domestic consumer market and vitality are gradually recovering, and the long-standing consumer power will be gradually released.
It is worth mentioning that in the announcement, biyinlefen stressed the promotion effect of new retail e-commerce on the performance, and said that it would continue to make efforts in the new retail field.

In early June, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tencent smart retail to explore private domain traffic. Then, on July 20, it announced that it would purchase 100% equity of Shanghai Weixiang Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Weixiang") in cash to enter the new retail e-commerce track.
