In July, the added value of industries above designated size increased by 4.8% on a year-on-year basis (the growth rate of the following added value is the actual growth rate excluding price factors), and the growth rate was the same as that in June. In July, the added value of industries above designated size increased by 0.98% over the previous month. From January to July, the added value of industries above designated size decreased by 0.4% year on year.
In July, the added value of the mining industry decreased by 2.6% year-on-year, up 1.7% last month; the manufacturing industry grew by 6.0%, accelerating by 0.9 percentage points; and the power, heat, gas and water production and supply industry increased by 1.7%, and the growth rate dropped by 3.8%.
The growth rate of private enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao increased by 2.4% year on year, and the growth rate of state-owned enterprises increased by 2.4% compared with the same period of last year.
In terms of industries, in July, the added value of 25 of 41 major industries maintained year-on-year growth. Agricultural and sideline food processing industry decreased by 2.2%, textile industry increased by 0.7%, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry increased by 4.7%, non-metallic mineral products industry increased by 3.1%, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry increased by 7.9%, nonferrous metal smelting and calendering processing industry increased by 2.6%, general equipment manufacturing industry increased by 9.6%, special equipment manufacturing industry increased by 10.2%, automobile manufacturing industry increased by 21.6%, railway, rolling and rolling processing industry increased by 7.9% Shipbuilding, aerospace and other transportation equipment manufacturing industry decreased by 1.4%, electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry increased by 15.6%, computer, communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry increased by 11.8%, and power and heat production and supply industry increased by 1.7%.
By region, in July, the added value of the eastern region increased by 6.8%, the central region by 3.0%, the western region by 3.2%, and the northeast by 3.8%.
In terms of products, 369 of 612 products increased year on year in July. Steel 116.89 million tons, up 9.9%; cement 217.93 million tons, an increase of 3.6%; ten kinds of non-ferrous metals 5.08 million tons, an increase of 3.3%; ethylene 1.74 million tons, an increase of 3.0%; 2.258 million vehicles, an increase of 26.8%, including 108000 new energy vehicles, an increase of 36.7%; power generation of 680.1 billion kwh, an increase of 1.9%; crude oil processing capacity of 59.56 million tons, an increase of 12.4%.
In July, the product sales rate of industrial enterprises was 98.4%, which was the same as that of the same month last year; the export delivery value of industrial enterprises reached 1039.9 billion yuan, a nominal increase of 1.6% over the same period of last year.
