Haixin Co., Ltd. (600851. SH) announced the resolution of the 12th meeting of the 10th board of directors of the company, deliberated and passed the proposal on canceling the holding subsidiary Shanghai haijiewei Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd;
Shanghai haijiewei Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. ("haijiewei") is a 55% holding subsidiary of the company. Since its establishment, haijiewei has not actually developed its business and the company has not injected capital into it, so it has been in a state of no operation. The cancellation of haijiewei will not affect the production and operation of the company.
The board of directors authorized the management to handle the cancellation of haijiewei.
