Hebei Printing And Distributing Administrative Law Enforcement System Clothing And Logo Management Implementation Measures

In order to implement the measures for the management of comprehensive administrative law enforcement standard clothing and signs issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of justice, with the approval of the provincial government, the judicial department of Hebei Province and the Department of finance of Hebei Province recently issued the implementation measures for the management of standard clothing and signs of comprehensive administrative law enforcement in Hebei Province (hereinafter referred to as the implementation measures).

The implementation measures are divided into six chapters and 27 articles, including general provisions, distribution scope, distribution types, climatic regions and distribution standards, distribution management and supervision, and supplementary provisions《 According to the actual situation of Hebei Province, the implementation measures are mainly refined from six aspects: first, the procurement of standard clothing and signs at all levels shall be specified and implemented by the provincial comprehensive administrative law enforcement departments in accordance with the relevant provisions of government procurement. If the state ministries and commissions have other provisions, such provisions shall prevail. The second is to clarify the distribution standards of clothing and signs in different climatic regions of Hebei Province. Third, the provincial comprehensive administrative law enforcement departments should determine the mode of determining the individual annual quota of clothing according to the actual work. Fourth, it is clear that the comprehensive administrative law enforcement departments at all levels are responsible for the recycling and disposal of waste signs returned by administrative law enforcement personnel of their own units. The fifth is to require the comprehensive administrative law enforcement departments at the provincial level to formulate specific management regulations and work plans for the first distribution of standard clothing and signs according to the national requirements and work needs, and standardize the production and procurement, distribution and collection, file management and other behaviors. The municipal and county comprehensive administrative law enforcement departments may, in accordance with the relevant provisions at the provincial level, formulate their own implementation rules. Sixthly, it is clear that the design of relevant standard marks and the procurement of standard clothing and signs of cross disciplinary and cross departmental comprehensive administrative law enforcement teams shall be organized and implemented by the judicial department of Hebei Province.
