On July 13, the 2021-2022 review meeting for key enterprises to be listed in the textile industry was held in Beijing, sponsored by China Textile Industry Federation and co organized by China Textile Asset Management Co., Ltd., China Textile Industry Enterprise Management Association and China Textile Planning Research Association.
Attending and serving as the experts of this review meeting are: Duan Xiaoping, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation; Yang Jun, consultant of China Textile Industry Enterprise Management Association; Yu Xiangpin, Secretary General of China Textile planning and Research Association; Yuan Zhongyi, partner and director of Weiqiao National Science and technology innovation fund; Ma Tianyu, partner of Shanghai xinlongxing Information Technology Co., Ltd. The meeting was presided over by Fang Na, deputy general manager of China Textile Assets Management Co., Ltd. at the meeting, the experts listened to the details of the declared projects, and made comments and gave review opinions based on the evaluation methods.
Continuous improvement of recommendation and cultivation system
Over the past three years, China Textile Federation has gradually established a set of perfect recommendation and cultivation system for Listed Enterprises -- collection, evaluation, release, recommendation and cultivation. In the late April of each year, China Textile Federation starts the enterprise project collection work, and enterprises can declare through professional association recommendation, local government recommendation and self declaration; After the collection, the China Textile Industry and Finance Cooperation Department organizes the rigid index scoring for the enterprise projects, and then the professional association of the project carries out the professional association score for the enterprise project, and finally the industry and financial experts carry out the comprehensive evaluation, that is, the Trinity evaluation system of rigid index score + professional association + expert score. According to the three scores, the final score of the enterprise project is obtained, and the recommended list is formed.
Since the reform of the registration system of the science and technology innovation board and the growth enterprise market, the rules of listing audit have also changed a lot. In this review, the evaluation method for rigid indicators has also been revised according to the latest audit standards, and the evaluation dimension has been broadened. At the same time, the scoring standards of professional associations have also been revised, paying more attention to the comprehensive evaluation of the recommended enterprises by professional associations, so as to further strengthen the grasp of the core competitiveness and industry status of enterprises.
The results of the recommended list are gratifying
Since 2018, CFA has been recommending the list of enterprises to be listed in the textile industry for more than 4 years. Up to now, a total of 92 enterprises to be listed in the textile industry have been recruited. From 2018 to 2020, 49 enterprises to be listed have been recommended to the CSRC, the Ministry of industry and information technology, the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and 17 listed companies, 2 enterprises and 1 Shanghai Stock Exchange have been successfully promoted to be listed.
There are various types of enterprises
In terms of the types of enterprises to be declared, green manufacturing, new fiber materials and high-end equipment are still the main applicants, accounting for about 70%. In addition, some new enterprises have emerged, such as the excellent and complete care industry based on the medical and health industry and the S2B platform auxiliary cloth company of the material cloud factory represented by the Internet + textile new mode. The innovation ability of textile enterprises can not be underestimated, The dialogue with the capital market is also increasingly close, and the capital market is paying more and more attention to textile enterprises.
After the meeting, Duan Xiaoping put forward new requirements for the cultivation of listed companies. We should also include early projects into the cultivation category. In addition to serving the enterprises to be listed, we should also pay attention to the cultivation and guidance of early project enterprises, effectively provide financial service means for more textile enterprises, and help our textile enterprises to become bigger and stronger through the power of capital. ?
It is reported that the list will be released at the end of July and submitted to relevant state departments and exchanges.
