GH / T 1188-2021 gear milling machine.

2、 Background of standard development

The gear milling machine is one of the main auxiliary equipment in the cotton linter processing workshop. It is mainly used for the re milling of the sawtooth of the stripping machine after the saw blade is passivated, so as to meet the requirements of normal use. With the continuous improvement of cotton processing technology, the industry standard GH / T 1188-2017 of gear milling machine is no longer suitable for the development of gear milling machine. In order to promote the progress of gear milling machine technology and the specification of production and manufacturing, the national cotton processing Standardization Technical Committee proposed the proposal for the revision of the industry standard of gear milling machine, which was officially approved in May 2019 (project number: 2019gh-xd-19).

3、 Main contents of the standard

This standard revises the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of gear milling machines, and is applicable to the gear milling machines for milling saw blades of saw tooth stripping machines. Compared with the 2017 edition, the main technical changes of the new standard are as follows:

First of all, the scope of application is changed to milling saw blade of saw tooth stripper, and saw blade of saw tooth gin machine is deleted.

Secondly, it reorganizes the text structure and adds terms and definitions. The product model has been changed and the specifications of milling cutter have been added.

Third, in order to ensure personal safety, the new standard stipulates that when the equipment is unloaded, the working noise is increased from 90dB (a) to no more than 85dB (a).

Fourth, optimize the quality of the main parts, change the milling cutter shaft movement flexible, no jam phenomenon. The requirement of automatic feed system is added.

Fifthly, the assembly quality of the whole machine "increases the continuous working time of each bearing part for more than 30min, and the temperature rise should not be greater than 20 ℃"; "The vibration intensity at the increased bearing shall not be greater than 5.0 mm / s".

Sixth, the requirements of safety protection devices are added.

In addition to the above revision, the new standard also makes necessary supplement and improvement to the inspection method of technical indicators.

4、 Significance of standard implementation

The revision of this standard is not only of great significance for standardizing the gear milling machine market, guiding the development and production of equipment, but also conducive to ensuring the performance of relevant products, reducing the failure rate of equipment, and improving economic and social benefits.

This standard will be implemented on October 1, 2021. Through the formulation and implementation of this standard, it supports each other with GH / t1084-2012 sawtooth ginning machine and saw blade of saw tooth stripper, and GB / T 21306-2007 sawtooth stripper, which improves the technical level of gear milling machine in China, promotes the recycling of cashmere saw blade, reduces the processing cost, accelerates the industrial upgrading and improves the comprehensive competitiveness of products.
