"In 2021, China's textile industry will fully enter the stage of recovery growth," Xu Yingxin said. According to the data, from January to July 2021, the added value of textile industry above Designated Size in China increased by 8.5% year on year, basically returning to the development level before the epidemic in 2019, with a small increase.

Domestic demand for textile and clothing commodities also continued to warm up. From January to July of 2021, the sales volume of clothing, footwear, knitwear and textile products above the national quota totaled 767.3 billion yuan, up 29.8% year-on-year. The sales scale has exceeded the level before the epidemic.

From the export side, although the role of anti epidemic materials in promoting export in 2021 is obviously weakened, with the general improvement of the export situation of clothing and other products, the total export volume of textiles and clothing from January to August in 2021 exceeded US $1985 billion, with a year-on-year growth of 6.0%.

Xu Yingxin said that all these achievements are closely related to the textile industry's adherence to the construction of the industrial chain supply chain foundation, deepening the supply side structural reform and transformation and upgrading for many years.

"One of the important reasons why the textile industry is still full of resilience and vitality under the adverse circumstances of the epidemic situation is that we have hundreds of prosperous industrial clusters and professional markets in China, among which Dalang is a very outstanding member," Xu Yingxin said.

As one of the first batch of "famous woolen sweater towns in China", Dalang town has become one of the largest and most complete wool industry clusters in China. After more than 40 years of vigorous development, dalangmao is in the direction of high-quality transformation and upgrading.
