Leading shares (600630. SH) announced that the company recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Wang Shiyong, an employee director of the company. Due to his retirement age, Mr. Wang Shiyong applied to resign from the position of employee director of the 10th board of directors of the company, and accordingly resigned from the position of member of the remuneration and assessment committee of the 10th board of directors of the company. After resignation, Mr. Wang Shiyong will no longer hold any position in the company.

Due to work reasons, Ms. Xue Jifeng applied to resign from the position of non employee representative supervisor and chairman of the 10th board of supervisors of the company, and did not hold any position in the company.

On December 20, 2021, the 13th meeting of the 10th board of supervisors of the company deliberated and passed the proposal on the by election of supervisors, and agreed to recommend Mr. Liu Chun as the candidate for the current supervisor of the company and submit it to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
