SDIC (600061) announced on the evening of March 25 that the board of directors of the company received a written resignation report from Mr. Yang kuiyan, director of the company, on March 24, 2022. Due to work reasons, Mr. Yang kuiyan applied to resign from the position of the eighth director and member of the remuneration and appraisal committee of the company.
