    From the perspective of specific implementation plan, the Red Bean Brand Experience Store Upgrade and Reconstruction Project is intended to select 300 existing direct stores with good foundation in some second and third tier cities in China to upgrade software and hardware and build brand experience stores without adding new construction land. At the same time, 10 existing high-quality direct stores in key cities in China were selected for overall design and transformation to create flagship stores for brand experience.
    The construction project of Hongdou brand e-commerce center will truly realize the integration and integration of the company's supply chain logistics and the company's information system by building an e-commerce big data platform, integrating production, sales, after-sales service and other elements, and establishing a real-time connection with the company's logistics system. It is reported that the company's sales business on this front line are all direct sales, and it is mainly settled in third-party mainstream e-commerce open platforms such as Tmall, JD, and Diaoyin.
    The Red Bean Brand Design and R&D Center project is planned to be implemented in Qingpu District, Shanghai, to build a clothing brand design and R&D center that integrates scientific research and development, fashion design, intelligent manufacturing, quality management, brand cultivation and talent cultivation, so as to enhance independent innovation and product management capabilities.
