The Cotton Import Sliding Tax Quota Issued This Time Is 200000 Tons, All Of Which Are Non-State Trade Quotas
The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) website released the Announcement No. 2 of 2024 on Matters Related to the Application for Import Quota of Preferential Tariff Rates Other than Tariff Quota of Cotton in 2024. In order to ensure the demand of textile enterprises for cotton, it has been decided through research that the preferential tariff rate import quota beyond the cotton tariff quota in 2024 will be issued in the near future. The cotton import sliding tax quota issued this time is 200000 tons, all of which are non-state trade quotas, and are limited to be used for processing trade import.
