Upon receipt of the "consent guarantee notice" issued by the Guarantee Corporation, the applicant may apply for a loan to the designated commercial bank agency on the basis of the reported information and the project recommendation issued by the social security department.

Commercial banks will review loans within 3 working days, process loan procedures for applicants who have passed the loan review, and issue the consent loan notice to the Guarantee Corporation and the social security institute.

In addition, the Guarantee Corporation will also entrust the social security agency to handle the anti guarantee legal procedures. The first Guarantee Corporation will sign the guaranty contract with the municipal commercial bank's agency after the confirmation procedures are complete, and the guarantee loan funds of the applicant can be delivered in 1 working days after the signing of the guarantee contract.
