In early December, when Ms. fan came to the shopping district of Baihua market in Dawukou District, she saw that a shoe store was playing the advertisement above. Ms. fan thought it was cost-effective. She went to the store to spend 30 yuan on a pair of ladies leather shoes.

A few days later, Ms fan proudly showed off to a friend that she had bought a bargain.

But friends told her that this is just a propaganda tactic of the businessmen, which actually sells the shoes.

Ms. fan asked a friend who was selling leather shoes. Her friend told her that he would sell twenty or thirty yuan for such leather shoes.

Ms. Fan said that although the shoes had not been expensive, she would not have bought them at all.

Ms. fan believes that businesses are deceiving and inducing consumers.

In December 16th, the reporter came to the store in Dawukou District Baihua market that Ms. fan bought shoes. The same slogan was still playing, and buyers of shoes were in an endless stream.
