Exhibition Overview

The exhibition is two times a year and is the largest fashion exhibition in northern Europe.

It is undertaken by Danish textile and Apparel Federation.

The number of professional visitors from more than 40 countries was 30.351 in the twenty-sixth CIFF exhibition business.

The exhibition area was 36846 square meters, of which 45% came from outside Denmark, and the top three were Sweden (4570), Norway (2112) and Germany (461).

Professional buyers include purchasing group (27%), chain store (20%), retail store (35%), wholesaler (4%), department store (2%).

Although Denmark is a small country in northern Europe, it is a large trading country in northern Europe.

According to the statistics of Danish textile and Apparel Federation, in 2003, the total turnover of Danish textiles and clothing was 38.

Germany, Turkey, Italy, Sweden and India accounted for 12.7%, 8.9%, 7.2%, 5.7% and 4.1% of textile and clothing imports respectively.
