Arduous pioneering work
Ji Sheng Jun, 59, is full of vicissitudes of life and traces of hardships.
As the saying goes, the children of the poor are a family.
Ji Shengjun felt the pressure from life when he was very young.
He was only 25 years old. He embraced a beautiful yearning and went to work in a small combing factory in a provincial Province alone. He had always dreamed of having his own business one day.
In 1984, he met an old friend unintentionally, and his friend told him that the state had promulgated the policy of "farmers entering the city to do business".
Shortly after hearing the news, Ji Shengjun came to Lingwu to loan 120 thousand yuan to the local agricultural bank, and set up an uncommon small company, Xinhua joint supply and marketing company, and set up Lingwu City's first trade and pportation company. He also became the first farmer to set up a company in Lingwu City.
Since then, Ji Shengjun has started the business of wool collection and wool trafficking. Due to less competition and considerable profits, by 1991, the small supply and marketing company has brought Ji Shengjun a considerable income of 4.5 million yuan.
Then, Ji Shengjun used his money to buy 5 mu of land in Lingwu City and set up the first carding factory in Lingwu City.
At that time, technology, equipment and personnel were the most scarce things in the factory. Ji Shengjun kept at the combing factory day and night, relying on his own technical experience, worked hard to improve his professional knowledge, and slowly learned how to extract cashmere from wool and extract fine cashmere.
In 1993, Ji Shengjun went to Xinjiang and Tibet alone, and accumulated experience in the identification of cashmere quality through years of exploration and practice. The accumulation of these experiences laid the foundation for his subsequent cashmere brand.
The carding factory also began to carve high quality wool, and gradually increased the spinning plant and knitting factory.
1995 is the most critical year for Ji Shengjun.
This year, he invested 6 million 100 thousand yuan on the old factory foundation and built the first cashmere product company in Lingwu City, and formed a diversified cashmere product manufacturer, which is cashmere carding, spinning and knitting. The company has a carding workshop, a spinning workshop and a knitting workshop. The carding workshop has 6 sets of cashmere combing machines and 14 sets of combing machines, mainly extracting fine cashmere from wool and spinning it into yarn.
Create brand
After the establishment of cashmere products company, Ji Shengjun produced the idea of deep processing of cashmere: the cashmere industry circulated, "the world cashmere looks at China and Chinese cashmere is in Ningxia", but Ningxia is only selling cashmere business continuously, selling its cashmere products to other countries. It has never thought of making use of its own advantages to make cashmere deep processing, making products and garments, and registering a brand of its own.
This idea has been rooted in Ji Shengjun's mind and finally sprouted in 2005.
In 2005, Lingwu City Government issued a reward policy for enterprises.
The local brand award is 50 thousand yuan, creating a national brand award of 500 thousand yuan.
Ji Shengjun is not to reward this fund, but to create the first brand that belongs to himself, belonging to the brand of Ningxia.

The brand of "Pamirs" comes from the inspiration of the film on the iceberg. Ji Shengjun chose the Pamirs Plateau of Xinjiang. As the "roof of the world", the Pamirs plateau is full of mystery and seduction.
The word "palp" symbolizes that this brand of cashmere sweater will set up its own brand image like the Pamirs Plateau; the white snow represents the pure cashmere; the orchid is the most noble variety in the flower, symbolizing the high-grade of the parkland cashmere sweater.
Clear, plump texture, soft handle and cheap price, the first pashlan cashmere sweater guaranteed by three guarantees in the cashmere circle opened the domestic market with the help of Betial sales network, and landed on the Western cashmere stage in October 2007.
Last year alone, Ningxia Hongda Cashmere Products Co., Ltd. produced 200 million cashmere sweaters.
The output value is as high as 105 million yuan, sales revenue is 58 million 30 thousand yuan, and the profit is 1 million 80 thousand yuan.
