Two Textile Mills Plan To Build Factories In Bangladesh'S Export Processing Area.
A Bangladesh local company and a Bangladesh Jordanian joint venture will set up a textile production plant in the Karnaphuli export processing zone with a total investment of 12 million 300 thousand US dollars.
Bangladesh Jordanian joint orchid bath towel Co., Ltd. will set up a textile / bath towel factory in KEPZ, with an investment of US $7 million 162 thousand.
The factory will create 1523 jobs for Bangladeshi and 5 overseas employees, producing 7620000 kilograms of textiles / bath towels each year.
