"Maritime Silk Road" Starting From Ancient Port Quanzhou Bustling Still
On February 21st, Lantern Festival, "Kinmen folk custom Exhibition" was opened in Quanzhou, Fujian, an overseas Chinese town. It displays the folk customs of Jinmen, Jinmen, calligraphy, painting, pottery, and Jinmen kaoliang liquor. The picture shows more than 40 modern steel sculptures with different styles and unique shapes, attracting many visitors to take photos.

Zhongshan Road, Quanzhou, was awarded the "two 00 year Asia Pacific Heritage Protection Award" by UNESCO. It is more than two kilometers long, and the row row of arcade buildings on both sides of the road combines the traditional features of Quanzhou's folk houses and the essence of the construction of the sea crossing culture. It is a successful example of the combination of Chinese and Western cultures in history. It is also the only and most preserved and longest row arcade building business street in China. It is a historical testimony of Quanzhou's pition from ancient times to modern times.
As the starting point of the ancient "maritime Silk Road", Quanzhou is known as "the seaside Zou Lu", "the world religion Museum" and "the city of light". It is one of the first twenty-four historical and cultural cities announced by the State Council, and its cultural heritage is deep. Islam, Hinduism, Ancient Christianity, monism, Judaism, Buddhism and many other religions in the world spread widely in Quanzhou, leaving a lot of remains, making Quanzhou a carrier of multicultural harmony, harmonious coexistence and mutual prosperity.
Quanzhou is an important port for foreign trade in Chinese history. It has a history of overseas pportation for thousands of years. Since the opening of the Tang Dynasty, it is one of the four largest ports of foreign trade in South China. In the song and Yuan Dynasties, Quanzhou port jumped to the top of the four largest ports and became famous in the world as "the port of Erythrina". It became the "Oriental first port" comparable to Alexandria and Egypt.
Nowadays, the people of Quanzhou, in the spirit of Minnan people, "create love to win", have created "Jinjiang experience" and "Quanzhou phenomenon". They have become one of the fastest growing and most dynamic regions in Fujian and even the whole country. They have promoted Quangang's "petrochemical base", "the hometown of Chinese resin technology" in Jinjiang, Jinjiang's "China Shoes Capital", "Shishi" China's famous clothing city, Nanan's "hometown of Chinese building materials", Huian's "hometown of Chinese stone carving", Dehua's "hometown of craft ceramics", Yongchun "the hometown of citrus," and "the hometown of Oolong tea" and so on.
The historical and cultural origin of the "maritime Silk Road" has injected a long history of business vitality into Quanzhou. The unique marine culture has bred a unique quotient class. They started selling all kinds of products such as shoes and hats, stone and ceramics, and traveled all over China.
In 1997, the Quanzhou General Chamber of Commerce set up the first chamber of Commerce in different places. Up to now, ten years ago, Quanzhou has established one hundred different places' chambers of Commerce. Two OO six years, with the establishment of the first foreign chamber of Commerce - China, Russia and Minnan chamber of Commerce in Moscow, the city achieved a breakthrough in the overseas zero chamber of Commerce.
Quanzhou also has an indissoluble bond with sports. Quanzhou's sporting goods manufacturing and sales industry in Jinjiang has been growing at a high speed, gathering more than 3000 sporting goods manufacturing enterprises, with an annual output value of about twenty-seven billion yuan, and its products sell well in more than 150 countries and regions, including sports shoes and tourist shoes, which account for 1/5 of the world's total output. With the charm and spirit of sports, enterprises in Jinjiang form an alliance with sports. Seventy-nine famous Chinese trademarks and twenty-four famous brand products have emerged in China, enabling Jinjiang to ascend to the palace of "China's brand capital".
Now, with the coming of the Olympic Games, not only have the Jinjiang enterprises in Quanzhou set up various paths to catch up with the Olympic marketing express, but also they have joined the Beijing Olympics with the brand Jinjiang and the run-up to the Olympic Games. They also gave birth to the third national sports industry bases approved by the State Sports Bureau and the Chinese badminton training base, which boosted Jinjiang towards the "sports city of China".
