Semir Group Donated 10 Million Yuan Worth Of Clothing To The Disaster Area For The First Time.
The devastating earthquake in Wenchuan County of Sichuan province affects the heart of Semir group, a private enterprise in Wenzhou.
The group's top leaders immediately took action and sent letters and telegrams to the Central Committee. At the first time, they donated 10 million yuan worth of Semir clothing to the disaster area of Sichuan through the Red Cross Society of China, and urged all sectors of society to take the initiative to support the people in the disaster area to tide over difficulties and rebuild their homes.
The group also sent letters of condolences to rescuers fighting the disaster.
