(1) exhibitors fill in the application form (contract) and affix official seal to the organizing committee by e-mail or fax.
(2) the exhibitors will pay a deposit of 50% of the exhibition fee within one week. The balance will be paid before October 10, 2008, and the telegraphic pfer voucher will be sent to the organizing committee. Otherwise, the organizing committee will not retain the original booth, and the original deposit will not be returned.
3. The organizing committee provides the exhibition guide to assist the exhibitors in preparation for the pre exhibition.
