Italy industrial double decline in March 2008

According to Italy's National Bureau of statistics and major news media, the total sales volume and order volume of industrial production in Italy in March 2008 fell by 4.3% and 3.7% respectively from 2004.

Sales in the international market dropped by 7.3%, orders fell by 4.3%, and the domestic market slipped to 2.9% and 3.4%.

Another special point in March is "double growth", that is, crude oil and food prices continue to rise at the same time.
