Participation Procedures
1) contract signing: the exhibitor must fill in the "exhibition contract" with the official seal, send it to the organizing committee by mail or fax (Fax:0532-83613588), and pfer the exhibition fee or deposit (50%) to the designated account of the organizing committee within 5 days, and the balance must be paid in full before October 15, 2008. If the relevant fee is not received, the organizer will have the right to adjust the booked booth.
2) the principle of booth allocation: "apply first, pay first, arrange first" and "large area priority".
3) meeting arrangement: the exhibitors' Handbook (schedule, pportation, hotel reception, booth construction and other matters) will be sent to exhibitors on the 20 day before the organizing committee meeting.
