This is a public service platform that takes enterprises as the target. It provides financial support from provincial finance and business departments, and registration procedures for export enterprises without compensation. It has become a strong backing for enterprises to deal with REACH.
In recent days, the platform has frequently launched the REACH response manual, organizing enterprises to carry out "practical exercises", and officially launched the pre registration work.
Seize the precious "time window"
At the end of May, the staff of the Han Office of the Yihua group came to the provincial commerce department to consult the pre registration of REACH. Under the guidance of the patience of the foreign trade department of the office, Yihua group successfully completed the registration of basic conditions.
The REACH regulations provide for pre registration time from June 1st to December 30th this year.
From January 1, 2009, unregistered or pre registered products will be prohibited from entering the EU market in stages.

It not only saves time and money for enterprises, but also promises not to disclose business secrets.
Search for allies and join hands in breaking through
It is very important for REACH to find allies.
Take textile enterprises as an example, it must combine with dye manufacturers to complete registration.
Because if the dye in a garment is not registered in the European Union, this dress will also be banned from sale in the European Union.
At the same time, if the enterprise can be linked to a number of brothers with the same request for joint registration, the registration fee of the same chemical material can be apportioned.
Therefore, for enterprises, it is necessary to seek extensive corporate cooperation in the industry chain and industry.
Zhang Zhener, deputy director of the Hubei Provincial Department of Commerce, said that the province should respond to the REACH office to support the joint registration of enterprises and share responsibilities.
REACH concealment profit Plateau
REACH is not only synonymous with trouble and spending, but REACH also has a good side.
Once the business registration is successful, obtaining the trade qualification in Europe means a rising market share and a permanent advantage.
Because small businesses with low competitiveness are already out, and it is even more difficult for latecomers to cross the threshold of registration.
It is estimated that the company will earn about 10:1 of the cost of registration in the future.
