In view of the complex and changeable international textile and garment trade situation, the Fenghua Bureau has established an interactive mechanism with local governments, garment manufacturers and key enterprises to give full play to the advantages of technology, information and management, strengthen publicity and consultation on policies and regulations, make use of the advantages of inspection and quarantine in information, and timely inform enterprises of early warning information about foreign recall, return, export disqualification, etc., and guide enterprises to actively respond to foreign technical barriers, and put forward relevant coping strategies.

At present, more than 50 export garment enterprises have passed the ISO9000 quality management system certification. Many enterprises have passed or are importing ISO14000 environmental management system certification. Export garment enterprises consciously organize production according to the international standard organization, and the quality management level and the international market share of the enterprises are also expanding.

We should strengthen laws and regulations on inspection and quarantine, publicize domestic and foreign technical regulations, and actively carry out quality inspection and technical personnel training.

In 2008, we passed the inspection and quarantine knowledge dissemination lecture, export clothing standards and domestic and foreign technical regulations training and internal auditor training, and so on. We have trained and inspecting more than 300 person quality inspection and technical personnel.
