Outline Of French Textile And Apparel Strategic Development

French textile daily published a strategic plan outline for the future of the French textile and garment industry jointly published by the French insiders and the government in November 25th. It is divided into three parts:

1, reform the direction of R & D and technological innovation, tilt the SME sector to help implement EU Reach regulations.

2, in order to better safeguard the knowledge and industrial property rights in the EU market and fight against fraud, new measures and actions are recommended.

3, to meet consumer expectations and hobbies, develop "industrial innovation" liaison network.

4, in order to encourage innovation, we study the feasibility of reforming the tax provisions, mainly on the competitive textile and garment industry.

5, in order to support innovation, it is proposed to reform and innovate the training requirements.

3, according to the summary and experience of the first model agreement, we will update the national model agreement signed by the Federation of national textile industry and the Federation of garment industries between 2009 and 2011.

7, partnership with schools, training centers and universities.

8, in small and medium-sized enterprises, the feasibility of extending this contract to innovation and innovation is studied around the professional contract for R & D development.
