    China'S Textile Machinery Industry Faces Challenges Directly

    According to the analysis of China Textile machinery and equipment industry association, last year, the demand of China's textile machinery industry showed the following characteristics:



    1, the demand and sales volume of medium and high level equipment increased significantly.

    Take the cotton spinning equipment as an example: the sales volume of the blowing carding unit has exceeded 60%, and the annual sales of the spinning machine with the collective doffing device has exceeded 1 million spindles. The multi motor distribution driven roving machine and high-grade comber have been the mainstream of sales.



    2, the pursuit of high efficiency, high yield and high automation, at the same time, the demand for personalized and high reliability is higher and higher.

    When domestic equipment is difficult to meet demand, most of them turn to import.

    Take shuttleless looms as an example: the number of imported looms is more than 20 thousand, of which 15 thousand are air-jet looms.



    3, energy saving and emission reduction requirements are on the agenda.

    The relevant regulations and policies have been promulgated by the state and local governments, and the demand for related products has increased significantly. For example, the sales of high temperature and high pressure airflow dyeing machines have increased by 3 times.



    As mentioned above, last year, China's textile machinery industry grasped the great opportunity for the vigorous development of the textile industry, and constantly expanded the overall production scale, and greatly improved the level of product technology, manufacturing technology, operation and management, and scientific and technological team building.
