    Yantai Wanhua Strong Pulse Of Technological Innovation

    Government led: three science and technology conference to promote technological innovation


    Yang Haiyi, deputy director of Yantai science and Technology Bureau, told reporters that from 2005 to 2007, Yantai held 3 scientific and Technological Innovation Conference, which promoted the work of independent innovation one by one.


    In 2005, at the conference of independent innovation of science and technology in Yantai, Yantai explicitly put forward that we should truly place technological and independent innovation in an important position and enhance our sense of responsibility and urgency.

    In November 2007, the Yantai Industrial University research cooperation innovation and science and technology award conference put forward the way to achieve scientific and technological innovation: improving independent innovation ability, building an innovative city, and promoting the innovation of industry university research cooperation are important ways and key measures.

    How can Yantai enterprises make innovations?

    Flexible innovation: driving three major technological innovation enterprises



    Original innovation, integrated innovation and introduction, digestion, attraction and re creation are three unique models of Yantai enterprises in technological innovation.

    In every innovation mode, innovation technology has won the first prize of national science and technology progress.



    Yantai Wanhua synthetic leather Group Co., Ltd. is a typical example of Yantai enterprises introducing digestion, attraction and innovation.

    Li Shikun, manager of the company's strategic development department, said that ten thousand Chinese made technological innovation a magic weapon. The MDI technology developed by the company has become a brilliant national brand.



    Wanhua's past is sad: it is only a small workshop matching the leather factory. There is only one set of production equipment imported from Japan in the workshop.

    Because of lack of technology, production often falls into a pause.



    In the early 90s of last century, thousands of Chinese, who were rising in difficulties, decided to innovate independently, jointly with colleges and universities, and continuously innovating science and technology.

    In 2002, Wanhua finally developed and owned MDI technology with independent intellectual property rights, making China the fourth country to master MDI manufacturing technology after Germany, America and Japan.

    In November 23, 2005, Wanhua polyurethane company completed the "200 thousand tons annual production technology development and industrialization of large-scale MDI production" project, and won the first prize of national science and technology progress in 2007.



    The so-called original innovation is the independent innovation of enterprises based on their own technology. Its representative is Li Denghai, who is known as the "father of Chinese hybrid corn" in Laizhou, Yantai.

    At the national science and Technology Awards Conference in 2004, Li Denghai, a new Compact Maize Variety "Yi Dan No. 13", chaired by its family member, hosted the first prize of national science and technology progress in 2003 in 2004.



    Integrated innovation is an independent innovation that relies on the combination of industry, University and research.

    The Yantai jungle Group Co operated with Xi'an Heavy Machinery Research Institute, Jiangnan Shipyard and Northwestern Polytechnical University. In 2002, the world's first 10000 ton extruder was produced, creating the first step of China's huge industrial aluminum profile production.

    In 2003, the 10000 ton extruder was awarded the first prize in Shandong's science and technology progress and 11 national patents, and in 2004, it won the first prize of national science and technology progress.
