Yemen Hodeidah Port: Leather Exports Amounted To US $6 Million 300 Thousand In The First Half Of This Year.
Yemen official news agency, Hodeidah, on August 1st, the president of the Hodeidah chamber of Commerce and industry announced that the total value of goods exported through the port of Hodeidah reached 15 billion 700 million rials, or about 79 million dollars, in the first half of 2008.
According to the published data, agricultural products accounted for 42%, seafood accounted for 36% and leather accounted for 8%.
