In 2008-09, exports were expected to rise to 15 million packages, larger than the 14 million 500 thousand package reported in July, due to the decrease in foreign supply and the expansion of us demand.
In August, the forecast was higher than the average forecast value of 14 million 520 thousand packages.
The domestic cotton consumption in the United States is still 4 million 400 thousand packs.

Analysts expect cotton supply and demand to be good in the second half of 2008 to September 2009, but with the introduction of the report, market sentiment is likely to gather soon.
