Mandatory provisions to protect infants and young children
In view of the characteristics of infants and young children pulling clothes and biting clothes, the standard has formulated some mandatory clauses specially designed to protect infants and young children, such as the collar of a pullover is not less than 52 centimeters. Metal accessories can not be burrs, sharp edges and tips, and the zipper pull heads can not be unloaded; the exposed length of the rope on clothing should not exceed 14 centimeters and other technical requirements.
The label must be marked "not dry cleaned".
The standard also emphasizes that infant clothing must be marked "not dry cleaned" on product labels. It is understood that dry cleaners may contain substances that stimulate the skin of infants and young children.
