Import and export qualification "diving" reporter learned from the provincial foreign trade and Economic Cooperation Department, today issued the "rules" will be divided into circulation enterprises and productive enterprises.

Circulating enterprises include import and export enterprises of various types of domestic circulation, and business, material, circulation, supply and marketing cooperative enterprises. Such enterprises can apply for import and export business qualification according to the "approval" procedure, including all kinds of domestic funded enterprises within the Institute of science and technology.

The registered capital of a circulating enterprise shall be reduced from original 5 million to 1 million yuan, and the productive enterprise will be reduced from 3 million yuan to 500 thousand yuan.

According to the rules, enterprises in the county (city or district) may submit written application materials to the foreign trade and economic cooperation bureaus of their counties (cities or districts) after the submission of the complete application materials, while the municipal enterprises submit applications to the local foreign trade and economic cooperation bureaus, while the provincial enterprises apply to their administrative departments.

The departments of foreign trade and economic cooperation will issue the "qualification certificate" based on the approval and seal of these departments.

The relevant departments will decide whether to give import and export business qualification within 3 working days after receiving the complete declaration materials from the enterprises.

The industry insiders pointed out that after the promulgation of the rules, it not only reduced the "threshold" of enterprises' access to import and export business, but also simplified procedures, reduced links and facilitated enterprises.

Because Zhejiang's enterprises are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, the introduction of the rules has greatly facilitated these enterprises' "going out" and breaking through the international market.

The adjustment of import and export business qualification will effectively promote the diversification of our province's foreign trade business entities and realize another major expansion of the main body.

The reporter learned that as of the end of July, the total number of enterprises that had obtained import and export business qualification was 10223, and 1969 new ones were awarded from 1 to July this year.

"After the promulgation of the rules, the number of eligible enterprises will increase exponentially over the next few years."

Wu Meichun, director of the Department of foreign trade and economic cooperation, told reporters.

The rules and regulations allow individuals and small businesses to benefit from each other. In an interview with reporters, Mr Wu told reporters that the size of the enterprises in some less developed areas of our province was relatively small, and that the "threshold" of the former foreign trade qualifications was too high, making it difficult for them to make full use of the international market and the low degree of extroversion.

The era of foreign trade brand management will come. In the next few years, a large number of foreign trade enterprises will emerge. Director Wu told reporters that because of the flexible system and low labor prices, Zhejiang's foreign trade exports have climbed to a new high in recent years, indicating that Zhejiang enterprises have obvious advantages in the production process.
