Introduction: the development prospect and trend of China's footwear industry has always been an important issue of concern to the industry. The local shoe industry started late and the shoe design methods are brilliant. First, China's footwear industry has a bright future.

China's footwear industry is developing rapidly. There are three main reasons for the annual production of shoes from three hundred million pairs to the current annual production of four billion pairs. The first reason is that the development space is large. China is a large population country. Shoemaking is starting late. In 84 years, when I was in Shenzhen on business, people in Shenzhen had little habit of wearing shoes. Now, the city has long been a leader in urban development and has become a window of civilization.

A pair of shoes that wear several pairs of shoes a few years to the present year, on the one hand, shows that the prospects for the development of the footwear industry are very broad; two, the industrial adjustment of the developed countries in the rise, and the establishment of the main bases for shoe production in China. This is also a favorable international climate. Three, it is the condition of our country that determines its existence. China has been unable to achieve the goal of alleviating employment in a period of time alone. Premier Zhu Rongji recently put forward the direction of "developing labor-intensive enterprises in strength" in his speech. It can be seen that on the policy support, it is not possible for China to give up labor-intensive industries in a certain period of time. After China's accession to the WTO, the shoemaking industry is one of the more secure industries. At present, people's ideas are changing.

But even so, we should not be blindly optimistic. The development of events is dynamic. We should have the quality and resilience to meet challenges.

Two. The development of leather shoes design in China -- promotion of the last sticking method

The design of leather shoes in China has gone through a detour. It is a traditional master with an apprentice. The major change is to explore more than 30 years later, that is, in 80s, the Italy Ministry of light industry commissioned two teachers from China to hold a forty day training course on short-term footwear design in 1989. The site is located in Tianjin, and requires twenty nationwide designers who have more than five years' working experience.

In this way, the Italy design law has been introduced to China in good faith. The Ministry of light industry of China has asked trainees to popularize this method widely. This method has been widely spread in many parts of the country through the efforts of trainees.

At present, the main idea of the last sticking method adopted in domestic design is originated from Italy.

This method is characterized by convenience, easy acceptance and accurate layout.

Three, understand the changes in market demand, and strive to promote the development of footwear industry.

"Customers who care about appearance may abandon reality and wear bad feelings and then turn to reality."

With this characteristic, we should guide consumption, and Chinese consumers are becoming more rational. "Comfort" is the ultimate goal of customers, such as the trend of clothing development.

In order to speed up the development of shoe industry, we can make many efforts.

Such as:

(1) set up information windows in foreign or coastal areas to separate design from production.

In this way, the developed countries and regions with high shoe-making and information concentration will be able to move the footwear industry in the mainland to a greater extent.

(2) standardize the domestic last type, including the rationality and the rich type. In foreign countries, a last shape is a shape with a higher and lower foot. It is basically unchanged and unified. From this point of view, we should be close to the market in the product development and not be restrained by the frame. If the market allows us to take a detour, we should set up the concept that the market is stern and who will fail to go against the market. All these indicate that the current Chinese footwear industry is permeating the vast research space.

For deficiencies, we should learn from Italy, Spain and other shoe making powers.

As a shoe designer, we should keep learning and working hard without fear of failure.

Four, footwear designer's own quality training

(1) as a shoe designer, footwear industry should first be observed.

Don't be afraid of it. Shoes, clothing and so on are all practical products. In practical, popular and obsolete dynamics, good things will be eliminated. Anything bad will be new again. This is regulated by the market and an important feature of the market economy.

(2) designers should establish industry confidence.

Our industry is not a particularly difficult industry, and there is always a way to solve it. It is a small way to solve it. It is suggested that we should consider it in a different position after the problem arises. We should observe carefully and find out what the problem is. Some problems can not be solved by example. For example, mechanical reasons, we should practice more, not be afraid of failure, and seriously observe not only in class but also in class. We can observe others' operations after we reach a certain level, and realize something from them. We can use these to guide our study and work, and dare to practise and dare to play. Perhaps failure is the greatest gain.

(3) the market is constantly changing, and shoe designers should enhance their learning.

As qualified designers, the responsibility of factory design has increased, and the styles have become popular in the market. The change of styles alone can not meet the needs. We must understand the matching materials, such as the last type and the bottom type, and grasp the fashionable styles of clothing, bags, popular colors and coordination.

Our profession is closely related to art. It should have some fine arts foundation, including line, proportion, structure, color and so on.

Urge yourself to grasp all kinds of people's needs under various economic conditions.

Five, several experiences in the teaching process:

The shoe industry should develop, technology should go ahead, and education should keep pace with it.

(1) in teaching, as a teacher, we should be modest. Only modest can we remain invincible. We must be practical and realistic in terms of technology and look at problems in a developmental way.

(2) teaching should be liberalized, allowing students to have their own space.
