XTEP International (Stock Code: 1368) released 2009 annual performance announcement.

As of December 31, 2009, XTEP's revenue reached 3 billion 545 million yuan, an increase of 23.7% over the previous year.

Annual profits climbed 27.4% to 648 million yuan.

Among them, the basic earnings per share were 29.79 yuan, up 11% over the previous year.

　特步董事會建議派發末期股息每股10.0港仙及特別股息每股5.0港仙，連同中期股息每股7.0港仙。截至2009年12月31日，年度合共派息為每股22.0港仙，較去年增加22%，全年派息比率65%。

　截至2009年12月31日，特步零售店達6103家，增加21%，遠超2009年中定下的目標。其中，集團于湖南、山東、上海、浙江及貴州等主要城市的黃金地段開設旗艦店，借以進一步強化集團的品牌形象，旗艦店增加至30家，較去年底增加150%。

It is revealed that the group will continue to expand and optimize its retail network in response to the demand of the market. It is expected that a total of 800~1000 XTEP brand retailers will be added in 2010.

At the same time, it will continue to strategically open flagship stores in the prime locations of key cities, and plan to add 5 to 8 XTEP flagship stores in 2010 to provide consumers with better quality shopping experience.
