Hengyang Exports 3 Million 580 Thousand Pairs Of Footwear Products

　 In March, the Hengyang entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau accepted the 1135 batch of entry and exit cargo inspection, with a value of US $91 million 810 thousand. Compared with the same period last year, the batches grew by 77.3%, and the value of goods increased by 11.1%. Among them, the 954 batch of exit inspection and quarantine was valued at US $85 million 190 thousand, a year-on-year increase of 73.8%, and the value of goods increased by 15.5%. The 87 batch of entry inspection and quarantine was worth 6 million 620 thousand US dollars, a 61.1% increase compared with the previous batch, and the value of goods decreased by 25.8%. Export packaging inspection 94 batches, an increase of 154.1% over the same period.   

In 1-3 of this year, the Hengyang entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau examined 3 million 580 thousand pairs of footwear products exported by enterprises in the region, and the value of goods was $14 million 10 thousand, representing an increase of 159% and 216% over the same period last year, and the products were exported to more than 50 countries and regions such as Europe, America, Asia and Africa.

In view of the trend that the footwear export enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region are transferring to Hunan, the Hengyang Bureau has adjusted and enriched the front-line inspection and quarantine forces, strengthened the supervision over the physical properties and toxic and harmful substances of the products, and guided footwear export enterprises to establish a traceability system for product quality. In the past two years, there have been no quality problems and complaints about export footwear products.
