He has sold the LED bulb to World Expo, Shanghai, and even hopes to light up the London Olympic Games.

    Wang Bohao was a "destructive king" from his childhood, and all kinds of household electrical appliances were demolished. His experience of inventing LED energy saving and environmental friendly lamp is quite accidental.


     


    "When I read sophomore year, the bulb of my family suddenly broke down, and my mother burned her hand when changing the bulb. At that time I thought, "why is the bulb burning? If you don't burn, can you save a lot of energy? " Wang Bohao said that after that, he began to collect data and find solutions.


     


    With the help of his parents and teachers, he successfully developed a special LED energy-saving and environment-friendly lamp.


     


    In Wang Bohao's patented product, an energy-saving lamp can produce different brightness after it is made up of different numbers of LED. What is more unique is that as long as the number of LED in a lamp is less than 100, its power consumption is 1.7 watts.


     


    Wang Bohao took his company's office as an example. He calculated to reporters: the power of fluorescent tubes is 40 watts, and the total power of 24 lamps is 960 watts. After replacing the LED energy saving lamp with only 1.7 watts, the office's 40 LED energy-saving lamps have a total power of only 68 watts, and the electricity saving rate is as high as 93%.

    Temptation always comes with success. Not long after obtaining the national patent, Wang Bohao received a letter from a research institute in Beijing. The other party was generous enough to buy 30 million yuan for Wang Bohao's patent. Wang Bohao refused.


     


    How does a sophomore face 30 million yuan? Wang Bohao said that it would be a blow if he did not want to move. He only had to think of the "30 million" that he could reach at that nod. However, the experience of his own business made him yearn for entrepreneurship. The dream of entrepreneurship finally supported him.


     


    At that time, he was a high school student, and he was in a business. Every weekend, he goes to Chengdu to buy goods, then he goes back to his hometown Guanghan to sell his classmates. Tai Sheng Nan Road, Lotus Pond, five stones and Yanshikou are all his bases. "I sell earrings, sell desktop computers, and fridge TV." By earning the difference, Wang Bohao was a small millionaire in high school.


     


    Obviously, his ambition is not a peddler. So when he had a patent on his hand and had a commercial value of 30 million, he carefully considered and chose to start his own business.

    The first 100 thousand bulbs only sold 1000, almost losing money.


     


    The first venture capital was borrowed from relatives and friends, and it cost 300 thousand yuan.


     


    In 2008, Wang Bohao was admitted to the Foreign Affairs College of Sichuan Normal University.


     


    He rented a small house, used as an assembly plant, bought materials, and assembled himself with several students. "At the time, when the skull was heated, 100 thousand light bulbs came out."


     


    The cheapest LED lamp he sells is about 15 yuan. A few months later, only 1000 of the 100 thousand bulbs were sold, and Wang Bohao's ambition was almost crushed by cruel reality.


     


    Fortunately, a friend who had done business in foreign trade heard of the LED lamp and decided to sell it to Vietnam, Laos and other places. Wang Bohao sold the remaining bulbs almost at cost price, and the inventory finally turned back to cash.


     


    Thousands of students issued leaflets and gradually opened up the market.


     


    This lesson made Wang Bohao realize that if a company wants to live, it must open its sales.


     


    He began to make efforts in many ways, first of all, to find part-time jobs for college students, to distribute leaflets in streets and alleys in Chengdu, so that more people can understand LED energy saving lamps. "At least thousands of students have part-time jobs. The cost is low, and the results are good."


     


    He is still promoting the Internet, sending posts to all post bar and forum, encouraging everyone to discuss low carbon issues and introducing their products in a timely manner. In addition, he began working with building materials manufacturers to recommend his products to customers.


     


    Several ways, together, gradually opened up sales, Wang Bohao said, three years of entrepreneurship, he sold millions of light bulbs, last year sales revenue of more than one million yuan.

    Not long ago, the leaders of Chengdu, who came to inspect the work of Jinjiang District university student Pioneer Park, were very interested in seeing LED energy saving lamps, and instructed relevant departments to purchase a batch of them. Now, the volume of government procurement is rising.


     


    Then there are many large purchases. Without accident, this Shanghai World Expo will purchase their LED energy saving lamp, and the London Olympic Games is also expected to use this LED energy saving lamp.


     


    The details of the two deals were signed by Wang Bohao, which was inconvenient to disclose because of signing a confidentiality agreement.


     


    And many projects for post disaster reconstruction have also chosen LED energy-saving lamps for low carbon considerations. Dujiangyan, Mianyang and other places Wang Bo Hao are doing market promotion.
