Jinjiang'S Five Major Platforms To Help Shoe Companies Pform
The twelfth China (Jinjiang) International Footwear Expo is being held in the largest and most influential footwear exhibition in mainland China. On the 20 day, Yang Yimin, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Quanzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Jinjiang Municipal Committee, said in an interview with reporters that the Jinjiang municipal government is making efforts to build five platforms, namely, city, industry, collaboration, resource integration and innovation service, to boost the pformation and upgrading of traditional industries, including footwear industry, and promote the pformation of the mode of economic development.
At present, Jinjiang, with the title of "China Shoes Capital", is the largest production base of sports shoes in China and the important production base of world sports shoes. There are 3016 footwear manufacturers in the city, with over 380 thousand employees, with 950 million pairs of shoes and 1 billion feet of leather, and the total output value of footwear industry is 47 billion 900 million yuan in 2009. Sports and tourism shoes account for 40% of the total output of the country and 20% of the world's total output, and the products are exported to 163 countries and regions.
Figuratively speaking, on average, every 12 people in the world own a pair of Jinjiang shoes.
The footwear industry in Jinjiang has 12 listed companies and 26 listed backup enterprises, employing more than 70 spokesmen for movie and sports stars. The annual advertising cost in China's CCTV market is nearly 1 billion yuan.
The footwear industry in the city has 31 Chinese well-known trademarks, 9 Chinese famous brand products and 36 national inspection free products. The number of "national brand" brands account for more than half of the national sports shoes industry.
Yang Yimin said that the industry should be upgraded and the development mode should be changed. The environment must be upgraded and pformed first.
To this end, Jinjiang is developing the "urban construction year" campaign to create a favorable environment for business and livable businesses, improve the urban services function, promote the agglomeration of factors and create "urban platforms". At the same time, the city is focusing on promoting the construction of the "ten industrial demonstration zones", such as state-level export processing zones, provincial economic and industrial zones, coastal sports and leisure industry belts, photoelectric industry gathering areas, Jintai logistics industry zone, Jintai agricultural cooperation zone, Taiwan Businessmen Investment agglomeration area, and so on, creating "industrial platform", providing a carrier for industrial pformation and upgrading.
Yang Yimin said that at present, Jinjiang is accelerating the process of social division of labor and cooperation, and encourages brand enterprises to focus on R & D and marketing, timely outsourcing the processing and manufacturing links, guiding small and medium-sized enterprises to complete the processing of brand leading enterprises, establishing a production collaboration alliance, building a "collaborative platform", building a business headquarters business district, and guiding enterprises to establish a "big headquarters, rooted in Jinjiang, flexible allocation of resources, market oriented global" big economic development thinking, and building a "resource integration platform" to accelerate the integration of traditional industries and the internationalization of resources.
Innovation is the guarantee for enterprises to keep their vitality.
Yang Yimin said that Jinjiang is vigorously constructing the "innovation service platform", providing more perfect public services for the development of industrial clusters in terms of personnel training, technological innovation, information consultation and financial credit.
It is reported that the total economic volume of Jinjiang has been the first place in Fujian for 17 consecutive years, and its economic development pattern has been summed up by academia as the "Jinjiang model". In 2009, it realized GDP775.86 billion yuan and the total revenue was 8 billion 153 million yuan.
