In the past, due to the different channels of capital arrangement, the urban management law enforcement clothing procurement was arranged by the districts and counties, and the clothing materials and styles were not identical.

In order to make the urban management and law enforcement clothing more orderly and uniform, under the coordination of the Municipal Greening Bureau and the purchasing center, the two level linkage purchase plan of the urban area was established, and the procurement procedure was officially launched in March 17th.

The procurement project is a full range of products of the city's urban management enforcement uniforms, involving 20 varieties including Chunqiu suits, summer wear, winter clothes, sweaters, footwear, neckties, hats and helmets. The budget is 39 million 308 thousand and 400 yuan, and the finished products are distributed to more than 6000 units in 20 units.

The successful bidder is the unit with considerable strength, sample evaluation, the highest ranking of testing and low price.

The total sum of the winning bid is 34 million 212 thousand and 500 yuan, and the capital saving rate is 13%.

In addition, during the procurement process of cap and helmet organizations, the government procurement policy to promote small and medium-sized enterprises is implemented, and the contract below 2 million is awarded to Shanghai Yao Cheng Garments Co., Ltd., which is included in the catalogue of small and medium-sized enterprises purchased by the Shanghai municipal government.

In order to ensure the final effect of the garment purchase, the purchasing department of the purchasing center will also cooperate with the City Greening Bureau, organize experts and other technical forces to supervise the suppliers in batch production.
