In order to further improve the mileage utilization ratio of the world's public transport line, the World Expo traffic coordination group specially dispatched the staff on the basis of in-depth evaluation of each special line and car, and combined with the suggestion of the public and tourists, decided to fine tune the operation plan of the 42 world bus special lines from May 24th.
Expo 15 passengers less
The Expo traffic coordination protection group said that in view of the fact that there were fewer tourists to the Expo site from Pudong airport directly to the Expo 15, it decided to suspend Expo 15. Visitors from the Pudong airport to the Expo site can take the Pudong Rail Transit Line 2 or maglev line to Longyang Road station and transfer to rail transit line 7 to reach four entries, such as the Expo Park, Pudong high tech West Road, South Road, Changqing North Road, and Hou tan.
In addition to Expo 15, the remaining 15 Expo bus direct lines should appropriately adjust the operating interval. The departure time of the peak hours of the park will not exceed 12 minutes; the peak period will not exceed 30 minutes; the end of the park terminal will not be earlier than 1 a.m. the next morning.
At the same time, in order to facilitate the public and tourists to return to the Expo site, the 20 World Expo bus stop special line was changed to the "stop stop" operation mode, which was integrated into the regular bus line operation and interleaving. The last bus at the end of the park was not earlier than 1 o'clock the next morning.
In addition, the 6 Expo suburban feeder lines will maintain the original operation plan.
