Guangdong Quality Supervision Bureau: The Pass Rate Of Casual Wear Is Only 65.8%.

Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has sampled 670 products of casual garments produced by 496 enterprises in 19 cities, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Foshan. The inspection results were only 431 batches. The qualified rate of the sample batches was 64.3%, excluding 10 batches of unqualified products, and the qualified rate of internal quality was only 65.8%.
Fiber content, color fastness, identification and pH value were the main unqualified items found in the spot checks. Among them, fiber content and color fastness were the highest in batches of 154 batches and 122 batches. The provincial quality supervision pointed out that the main reason for the failure of these projects is that some manufacturers did not set up the inspection system for purchasing goods when purchasing fabrics, and even deliberately used inferior fabrics to reduce costs.
Spot checks for leather goods and shoes:
Bad marks are serious.
The spot check batch rate of leather goods is only 56%. Among them, a large number of 91 batches of leather products with unqualified marks and spot checks were found. 36 batches of them were unqualified. After excluding 19 batches of unqualified 19 batches, the qualified rate of internal quality was 76.9%. Of the 299 batches of footwear products sampled, 60 batches were unqualified, of which only 44 batches of unqualified products were identified, and the qualified rate was 89% after being eliminated.
