The Swedish government expects these changes to take effect from January 1, 2011.

The European Chemicals authority has released a software -Chesar for chemical safety assessment and reporting. This software can help to carry out chemical safety assessment and ultimately help generate chemical safety reports (CSR) for preparing REACH registration documents.
This software is currently the first version, that is, beta, and the test date is July 2010. During this period, you are welcome to use and provide feedback to ECHA.
